1st Generation Ipad

                  1st Generation iPad:
o   It was introduced in April 3rd, 2010 being wifi enabled and for a little more price, having 3G too, it had then iOS (apple’s operating system for iDevices) 5.1.1. It also had a touchscreen display which had 1,024 by 768 pixels, making that 7.75x5.82 pixels by in, it was a liquid-crystal display with fingerprint and scratch-resistant glass. It was stated to be a 9.7 in tablet because Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs said a 7-inch screen would be too small and that 10 inches was the minimum for a tablet screen.
o   There are 4 physical switches on the iPad, including a home button and three plastic physical switches on the side to wake/sleep and volume up/down.
o   It had no camera at all, neither front facing nor rear facing. The iPad has two internal speakers located in the bottom-right of the unit, and it came with a 3.5-mm headphone jack on the top left corner of the device.
o   The iPad’s battery is an internal rechargeable lithium-ion polymer (LiPo) battery made in Taiwan by Simplo Technology and also by Dynapack international Technology, which is charged by an adapter that comes with the iPad which is a 30 pin dock connector which at its other end is a USB port.
